Τι θα κάνεις
- Υπολογίζεις κίνητρα απόδοσης και επικυρώνεις δεδομένα εργαζομένων.
- Παρακολουθείς δείκτες απόδοσης και αναλύεις δεδομένα για την επίλυση ερωτημάτων σχετικά με προσαρμογές bonus.
- Ελέγχεις και συμφωνείς δεδομένα απόδοσης σε εσωτερικές βάσεις δεδομένων για την έγκαιρη και ακριβή επεξεργασία μισθοδοσίας.
- Δημιουργείς και ενημερώνεις αναφορές για την παρακολούθηση τάσεων απόδοσης και επίτευξης στόχων.
- Ευθυγραμμίζεις δεδομένα με τις ομάδες Finance, Operations και Business Intelligence για τις προθεσμίες κλεισίματος μήνα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Excel και Google Sheets για ανάλυση δεδομένων και δημιουργία αναφορών
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων και παρακολούθηση δεικτών απόδοσης
- Έλεγχος δεδομένων, συμφωνία δεδομένων και έλεγχος δεδομένων βάσεων δεδομένων
- Επικύρωση δεδομένων μισθοδοσίας και υπολογισμός κινήτρων απόδοσης
- Αριθμητική αντίληψη, ακρίβεια δεδομένων και ευθυγράμμιση δεδομένων
