- Αναλαμβάνεις αναζητήσεις Advisors από τον καθορισμό του έργου έως την τοποθέτηση.
- Κατανοείς τις ανάγκες των πελατών και κατανέμεις εσωτερικούς πόρους για την κάλυψή τους.
- Αναπτύσσεις σχέσεις με πελάτες μέσω συχνών εικονικών και δια ζώσης συναντήσεων.
- Καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη junior μελών της ομάδας.
- Παρέχεις εποικοδομητική ανατροφοδότηση και καθοδήγηση στην ομάδα.
- Εντοπίζεις και προσεγγίζεις ανώτερα στελέχη του κλάδου για τις ανάγκες των πελατών.
- Διατηρείς σχέσεις με στελέχη και εντοπίζεις νέες, σχετικές ευκαιρίες.
- Διευκολύνεις introductions μεταξύ ανώτερων στελεχών και πελατών σε Private Equity και Consulting.
- Επεκτείνεις προληπτικά το δίκτυο Advisors με την προσέγγιση ανώτερων στελεχών.
- Παρακολουθείς συναλλαγές Private Equity και κλάδους ενδιαφέροντος για τον σχεδιασμό sourcing Advisors.
- Ερευνάς κλάδους, αλυσίδες αξίας, οργανισμούς και στελέχη.
- Εντοπίζεις και συνδέεσαι με ειδικούς του κλάδου για τη συλλογή γνώσης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι διατμηματικά για τον εντοπισμό ευκαιριών cross-sell και αλληλεπικαλύψεων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Account Managers για την κατανόηση των αναγκών των πελατών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Commercial Principles για την κατανόηση ευκαιριών λογαριασμών και engagement χρηστών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εντοπισμός Advisors και Engagement με στελέχη
- Διαχείριση πελατών, Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και Ανάπτυξη σχέσεων
- People management, Mentoring και coaching και Team leadership
- Γνώση Private Equity και Έρευνα αγοράς και κλάδων
- Διαχείριση stakeholders και Διατμηματική συνεργασία
- Επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά και Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
