- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον πλήρη κύκλο προσέλκυσης ταλέντων σε διάφορους κλάδους και λειτουργίες
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς ισχυρές σχέσεις με υποψήφιους και πελάτες για θετική εμπειρία καθόλη τη διαδικασία
- Συνεργάζεσαι με πελάτες για κατανόηση αναγκών πρόσληψης και παροχή υποστήριξης
- Υποστηρίζεις επιχειρηματικές δραστηριότητες μέσω market mapping, networking, social media και συμμετοχής σε εκδηλώσεις
- Παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις της αγοράς, τη διαθεσιμότητα ταλέντων και τις εξελίξεις του κλάδου
- Συνεισφέρεις στη βελτίωση των μεθοδολογιών, εργαλείων και παραδοτέων της πρόσληψης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία σε Recruitment, Talent Acquisition και Executive Search
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Προσέλκυση Ταλέντων και Διαχείριση Σχέσεων με Πελάτες
- Business Development, Market Mapping και Networking
- Εμπλοκή σε Social Media για υποστήριξη δραστηριοτήτων προσέλκυσης
- Άπταιστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών
- Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychologyκατά προτίμηση
