- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τις ομάδες πελατών για τη μετάφραση επιχειρησιακών προκλήσεων σε παραγωγικές λύσεις AI
- Σχεδιάζεις, αναπτύσσεις και υλοποιείς ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις AI και Generative AI από τη συλλογή δεδομένων έως την παραγωγική απόδοση και παρακολούθηση
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς λύσεις Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic AI και ευφυούς αυτοματισμού για σύνθετες επιχειρησιακές προκλήσεις
- Αξιολογείς, προσαρμόζεις και βελτιστοποιείς λύσεις βασισμένες σε LLM για ποιότητα, κλίμακα, απόδοση και αποδοτικότητα κόστους
- Ενσωματώνεις δυνατότητες AI σε επιχειρησιακές πλατφόρμες σε περιβάλλοντα cloud και on-premises με ασφαλείς και κλιμακούμενες πρακτικές
- Δημιουργείς πλαίσια αξιολόγησης και παρακολουθείς λύσεις AI για ποιότητα, καθυστέρηση, κόστος, αξιοπιστία και επιχειρησιακό αντίκτυπο
- Συνεργάζεσαι με επιχειρηματικές και τεχνολογικές ομάδες για τη μετάφραση αναγκών σε κλιμακούμενες αρχιτεκτονικές AI και εφαρμογές
- Συμβάλλεις σε πρωτοβουλίες Responsible AI, διακυβέρνησης και συμμόρφωσης όπως GDPR και EU AI Act
- Καθοδηγείς νεότερους μηχανικούς, προάγεις βέλτιστες πρακτικές και συμβάλλεις σε επαναχρησιμοποιήσιμα AI assets και επιταχυντές
- Υποστηρίζεις εργαστήρια πελατών, συνεδρίες σχεδιασμού λύσεων και πρωτοβουλίες μετασχηματισμού AI από την ιδέα μέχρι την παραγωγή
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Python και ανάπτυξη παραγωγικών εφαρμογών AI
- Εμπειρία με Generative AI, LLM, Retrieval-Augmented Generation και agentic AI
- Σχεδιασμός API, data pipelines και cloud native εφαρμογών σε Azure, AWS ή GCP
- Κατανόηση MLOps, CI/CD, containerization και αρχών παραγωγικής ανάπτυξης
- Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη enterprise integrations και εφαρμογών AI
- Γνώση Responsible AI, AI governance και αξιολόγησης μοντέλων
- Computer Science / Engineering / STEMκατά προτίμηση
