- Αναπτύσσεις πρωτοβουλίες και λύσεις ανεξάρτητα, συγκεντρώνοντας και αναλύοντας δεδομένα για επιχειρηματικές αποφάσεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι αποτελεσματικά σε διαφορετικές και διεθνείς ομάδες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Πλατφόρμας Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR ή Concur
- Εμπειρία στον Μετασχηματισμό HR
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Δεξιότητες Ανάλυσης δεδομένων
