- Καθοδηγείς junior μέλη της ομάδας, παρέχοντας coaching και εκπαίδευση στην εργασία.
- Συντονίζεις συναντήσεις με πελάτες, αναλύεις επιχειρησιακές και διαδικαστικές απαιτήσεις και επιλύεις κενά.
- Αναπτύσσεις ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις SAP SuccessFactors μέσω παραμετροποίησης και customization.
- Καθορίζεις λειτουργικές και τεχνικές απαιτήσεις για integrations με εξωτερικές εφαρμογές HR.
- Συντάσσεις τεχνικές προσεγγίσεις και τεκμηρίωση σχεδιασμού.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- SAP SuccessFactors: διαχείριση συστήματος, υλοποίηση και παραμετροποίηση/customization.
- Ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών και διαδικαστικών απαιτήσεων.
- Integration συστημάτων HR με APIs και OData.
- Agile μεθοδολογίες ανάπτυξης λογισμικού και Scrum.
- Microsoft Office, HTML και JSON.
- Τεχνική και functional ηγεσία και ηγεσία ομάδας.
- Μηχανική Υπολογιστών / Πληροφορική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
