Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SCADA / ΙοΤ Engineer, located in Glifádha. The SCADA/IoT Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA systems, in Energy Telemetry applications. Daily tasks include designing and configuring SCADA systems, DB Configuration, Cloud IoT platform implementation, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the integration of automation solutions. The SCADA Engineer will also collaborate with other engineers and technical staff to ensure efficient and reliable system operations.



Responsibilities

• Be part of our engineering team in design, develop and deliver automation projects

• Proficiency in designing and configuring SCADA systems in Renewable Energy industry

• Maintain/Troubleshoot PLC Programs (Codesys, SoMachine)

• Develop SCADA Systems (Aveva Edge, Nodered, IoT Cloud Platforms)

• Design solutions with Industrial Communication protocols (Modbus, IEC60870-104, MQTT)

• Design, Developed and Maintain SQL relations Database (SQLite, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL)

• Close collaborate with other engineers, contractors and client to deliver integrated solutions

• Commission and Start-up in customer's site when needed

• Prepare comprehensive documentation which includes design specs, automation architectures, drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or Computer Science (AEI, TEI)

• Professional Experience in the automation field of 2-5 years

• Fluent in English both written and verbal

• Experience in Software packages like Aveva Edge, NodeRed

• Proven Experience in Docker, Linux OS, RESTful APIs

• Knowledge in PLC programming using Codesys

• Experience with Communication Protocols and Field-buses (Modbus, MQTT, IEC60870-104, 61850)

• Basic knowledge in network infrastructure

• Ability to work in large scale projects and combine various technologies
