Tesla is advancing humanoid robots for large-scale automation of repetitive tasks. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic engineer to join the Optimus Powertrain Design team, with a focus on powertrain modeling design to drive innovative robotics solutions.

Responsible for developing advanced MATLAB functions to model humanoid powertrain performance, contributing to a multi-physics modeling codebase.
Perform design optimization studies.
Process Big Data, extract useful system-level information to aid powertrain design, and visualize the results.
Τι θα έχετε μαζί σας
Ongoing Engineering studies (preferably at last year of studies).
Strong programming skills (Python a/o MATLAB).
Strong mathematical and physics background.
Fluency in English.
The following will be considered as plus:
Understanding of algorithmic techniques and data structures.
Understanding of optimization fundamentals.
Understanding of electromagnetics and electric motor design.
Understanding of mechanical modeling of motion transformation systems.
