- Εκδίδεις αναφορές Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας και Κινδύνων για τον σχεδιασμό, την πιστοποίηση, την επικύρωση και την παρακολούθηση εγκαταστάσεων.
- Προετοιμάζεις ή αξιολογείς URS, πρωτόκολλα και αναφορές DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, καθώς και σχετικές διαδικασίες.
- Αναπτύσσεις, εκδίδεις και αναθεωρείς διαδικασίες QA και SOPs για προγραμματισμένες δραστηριότητες εγκαταστάσεων.
- Ηγείσαι διερευνήσεων αποκλίσεων, εκτελείς ανάλυση βασικής αιτίας και παρακολουθείς διορθωτικές και προληπτικές ενέργειες.
- Επαληθεύεις τη συμμόρφωση χώρων παραγωγής και υποστήριξης με τη νομοθεσία, τα πρότυπα και τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες.
- Επανεξετάζεις και παρακολουθείς διορθωτικές και προληπτικές ενέργειες από εσωτερικούς ελέγχους.
- Εκτελείς και τεκμηριώνεις FAT/SAT πριν από τη θέση σε λειτουργία και υποστηρίζεις τον έλεγχο αλλαγών και την επαναπιστοποίηση.
- Εκτελείς πιστοποίηση εξοπλισμού, βοηθητικών δικτύων και καθαρών χώρων, καθώς και χαρτογράφηση θερμοκρασίας.
- Διενεργείς και τεκμηριώνεις αναλύσεις κινδύνου και εφαρμόζεις μέτρα μετριασμού.
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες Computerized Systems σύμφωνα με τις αρχές EU Annex 11 και GAMP 5.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη διατηρούμενη επικυρωμένη κατάσταση εξοπλισμού και συστημάτων, τη συμμόρφωση με cGMP και την ακεραιότητα δεδομένων ALCOA+.
- Συμμετέχεις σε δραστηριότητες για στείρες λειτουργίες, όπως CCS, πιστοποίηση και παρακολούθηση τάσεων EM και τεχνολογίες φραγμού.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πιστοποίηση φαρμακευτικών διαδικασιών: Pharmaceutical validation, Cleaning Validation και Process Validation.
- Διασφάλιση ποιότητας και συμμόρφωση: Quality Assurance και cGMP.
- Διαχείριση κινδύνων: Risk management tools, FMEA, FMECA, FTA και HACCP.
- Πιστοποίηση εγκαταστάσεων: Equipment and utilities qualification και Temperature mapping.
- Computerized Systems Validation και ακεραιότητα δεδομένων Data integrity ALCOA+.
