- Παρέχεις ανεξάρτητη επίβλεψη QA στις παραγωγικές και υποστηρικτικές δραστηριότητες βιοτεχνολογίας, διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση με EU GMP.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εφαρμογή και τη συνεχή βελτίωση του Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας βιοτεχνολογίας.
- Εγκρίνεις αποκλίσεις, διερευνήσεις, CAPA, συμβάντα OOS/OOT και ελέγχους αποτελεσματικότητας.
- Αξιολογείς και εγκρίνεις Change Controls που επηρεάζουν διαδικασίες, εγκαταστάσεις, εξοπλισμό και τεκμηρίωση GMP.
- Επιβλέπεις τις upstream και downstream διεργασίες και ανασκοπείς την τεκμηρίωση παραγωγής.
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες QC και R&D, όπως qualification/validation και transfer αναλυτικών μεθόδων.
- Ανασκοπείς και εγκρίνεις στρατηγικές, πρωτόκολλα και αναφορές qualification και validation.
- Ανασκοπείς, συντάσσεις και εγκρίνεις ελεγχόμενη τεκμηρίωση GMP, αξιολογήσεις κινδύνου και Quality Agreements.
- Συντονίζεις την ετοιμότητα για audits και επιθεωρήσεις, τις απαιτούμενες τεκμηριώσεις, τις απαντήσεις και τις CAPA.
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες ποιότητας προμηθευτών και υλικών, Quality Risk Management και παρακολούθηση δεικτών ποιότητας.
- Παρέχεις καθοδήγηση GMP και Quality και συνεργάζεσαι με διαλειτουργικές ομάδες.
- Συμμετέχεις σε διαλειτουργικά έργα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων δραστηριοτήτων technology transfer.
- Εκπαιδεύεις την ομάδα και, όπου απαιτείται,相关τικούς διαλειτουργικούς συνεργάτες.
