Αν σε ενδιαφέρει η διαδικασία παραγωγής και η ποιότητα των προϊόντων, τότε ίσως η θέση του/της Παστεριωτή/ριας να είναι αυτό που ψάχνεις!
Ως μέλος της ομάδας μας, θα έχεις καθοριστικό ρόλο στην παραγωγή των προϊόντων μας, διασφαλίζοντας ότι πληρούνται τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και ασφάλειας σε κάθε στάδιο. Από τη διαχείριση πρώτων υλών μέχρι τον καθαρισμό του εξοπλισμού, θα συμβάλλεις καθημερινά στη δημιουργία προϊόντων που εμπιστεύονται οι καταναλωτές.
Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:
Παραγωγική Διαδικασία
Παραλαβή και διαχείριση πρώτων υλών & συστατικών
Ζύγιση και ανάμιξη υλικών σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές
Παρασκευή και έλεγχος χαρμανιών
Χειρισμός και σύνδεση σωληνώσεων στις γραμμές παραγωγής
Επίβλεψη της παστερίωσης (θερμοκρασίες, πιέσεις κ.λπ.)
Έλεγχοι & Καταγραφές
Οπτικοί και ποιοτικοί έλεγχοι κατά την παραγωγή
Συμπλήρωση εντύπων του συστήματος διασφάλισης ποιότητας
Ενημέρωση του Control Room για τυχόν αποκλίσεις ή τεχνικές εκκρεμότητες
Υγιεινή & Ασφάλεια
Καθαρισμός εξοπλισμών (τοπικά CIP), φίλτρων και χώρων
Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας
Requirements
Απόφοιτος Λυκείου ή Τεχνικής Σχολής (π.χ. Ζωικής Παραγωγής, Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων)
Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και κατανόησης σχεδίων ροής παραγωγής
Καλή γνώση βασικών μαθηματικών
Γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (MS Office)
Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και προσήλωση στις διαδικασίες
Ικανότητα να εργάζεσαι με χρονοδιαγράμματα και να θέτεις προτεραιότητες
Ομαδικό πνεύμα και καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
Εργασία σε 3 βάρδιες (πρωί-απόγευμα-βράδυ)
