Ο/Η εργαζόμενος/η τοποθετεί σε κιβώτια το παραγόμενο προϊόν. Καταγράφει στις αντίστοιχες φόρμες τα προβλεπόμενα από τις προδιαγραφές ποιότητας και ιχνηλασιμότητας, στοιχεία (ώρα έναρξης και λήξης της φόρτωσης).
Ο/Η εργαζόμενος/η τροφοδοτεί την ταινία τροφοδοσίας της γραμμής συσκευασίας με υλικά συσκευασίας και συμπληρώνει τις αντίστοιχες φόρμες παραγωγής με στοιχεία ποιότητας και ιχνηλασιμότητας (ώρα έναρξης και λήξης συσκευασίας)
Ο/Η εργαζόμενος/η πραγματοποιεί οπτικούς ποιοτικούς ελέγχους στο προϊόν και ενημερώνει για τις αποκλίσεις τον προϊστάμενο παραγωγής
Εφαρμόζει τις προβλεπόμενες διαδικασίες και ελέγχους που διέπουν την ασφάλεια τροφίμων (CRP, AIB, έλεγχος των μεταλλικών ανιχνευτών και των μαγνητών σε όλη τη γραμμή παραγωγής)
Ο/Η εργαζόμενος/η διατηρεί την ευταξία και καθαριότητα στο χώρο εργασίας του
Ο/Η εργαζόμενος/η επικοινωνεί στον Προϊστάμενο Παραγωγής θέματα ποιότητας, ασφάλειας, τεχνικά προβλήματα
Ο/Η εργαζόμενος/η εφαρμόζει τον Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας και τις αξίες της εταιρείας
Ο/Η εργαζόμενος/η τηρεί τους κανόνες ασφάλειας και τον ανάλογο εξοπλισμό και ακολουθεί τις πρακτικές ασφαλούς εργασίας και συμπεριφοράς
