As a Rewards Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and continuously enhancing the organization’s compensation and benefits framework. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will drive data-informed decision-making, optimize HR processes, and contribute to the digital transformation of HR, helping deliver an outstanding employee experience and support the organization's business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze HR and workforce data to develop executive dashboards, reports, KPIs, and insights that support strategic decision-making
Partner with HR Controlling and HR Business Partners on workforce planning, budgeting, and personnel cost analysis
Support HR digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions Leverage HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) to support compensation processes, reporting, and data analytics
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation, benefits, workforce trends, employee engagement, and retention
Contribute to the design and implementation of HR analytics and decision-support tools that enhance business performance
Monitor market trends and best practices in Total Rewards, HR Technology, AI, pay transparency, and reward strategy
Participate in external benchmarking and contribute to the design, review, and continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits policies and programs
Support the development and optimization of salary structures, job grading, bonus schemes, incentive plans, and pay equity initiatives
Analyze hiring, turnover, and workforce trends to identify opportunities that strengthen talent attraction, employee retention, and the competitiveness of reward programs
Analyze employee engagement and survey results to identify opportunities for improving reward policies and the overall employee experience
What You Bring
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field – Required
Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards – Required
Experience in HR systems, digital transformation, or HR process optimization – Required
Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar), including AI-powered analytics and automation applications – Required
Experience in HRIS environments (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) – Preferred
Excellent command of English (C1 level) – Required
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field – Preferred
