Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit motion graphics and video content for social media, campaigns, events, websites, and digital advertising.

• Under the guidance of senior motions designers, deliver roll out of video assets across formats and localisations for large scale campaigns.Translate creative briefs into engaging 2D (and occasionally 3D) animations.

• Contribute ideas to bring our brand and products to life through video.Support the production of daily animations and assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time.

• Adapt and localize assets for different markets, formats, and platforms.

• Collaborate with designers and other creatives to develop impactful, world class content.

• Learn and apply industry best practices in motion design, staying curious about new tools, AI and trends.

• Stay updated on competitors, trends and global crypto and blockchain news.

• With the support of the Video Lead, collaborate with third-party suppliers and freelancers.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Min 2 years experience (fast paced work environment, internships, freelance or fulltime in in-house or agency teams, coursework, or personal projects) in motion graphics or video content creation.

• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

• Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or AI video/image tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, Google Veo 3) are a plus.

• Understanding of storytelling and branding in video.

• Strong eye for design, timing, and composition.

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries.

• Organized, communicative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
