- Υποστηρίζεις τον Engineering Manager στην ανάπτυξη, διασφάλιση ποιότητας και διαχείριση προϊόντων
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με την ομάδα για την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση έργων και την υποστήριξη των υπηρεσιών roll-out
- Ενθαρρύνεις συνεχή βελτίωση και παρέχεις υποστήριξη όταν χρειάζεται
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον προγραμματισμό αδειών των άμεσων συνεργατών σου
- Πραγματοποιείς περιοδικές ατομικές συναντήσεις για την υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη των μελών της ομάδας
- Παρακινούν την ομάδα να βελτιώνει τις επιδόσεις της και διασφαλίζεις την υποστήριξη των μελών
- Ηγείσαι της ομάδας προς την επιτυχή παράδοση έργων στον πελάτη
- Συνεργάζεσαι με διάφορους stakeholders με επίκεντρο τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη υψηλά κλιμακούμενων containerized υπηρεσιών και εφαρμογών
- Γνώση Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript και σύγχρονων τεχνολογιών web
- Εξοικείωση με .NET Core, C#, Rabbit MQ, Redis και MS SQL
- Κατανόηση των agile και lean αρχών στην ανάπτυξη προϊόντων
- Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, καθοδήγησης και διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
- Δεξιότητες ομαδοσυνεργασίας και κίνησης της ομάδας προς τους στόχους
