Τι θα κάνεις
- Χτίζεις και ηγείσαι αποδοτικών, συνεργατικών ομάδων μηχανικής.
- Σχεδιάζεις και καθορίζεις το product και technical roadmap μαζί με Product, Architecture και Design.
- Διασφαλίζεις την αξιόπιστη παράδοση των ομάδων μηχανικής, διαχειριζόμενος προτεραιότητες, εξαρτήσεις και κινδύνους.
- Αναλαμβάνεις την τεχνική σταθερότητα και απόδοση των εφαρμογών των ομάδων σου.
- Εντοπίζεις κενά σε δεξιότητες, ρόλους και δυναμικότητα και τα καλύπτεις μέσω προσλήψεων, ανάπτυξης δεξιοτήτων και προγραμματισμού.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι καθημερινά την ομάδα, πραγματοποιώντας ατομικές συναντήσεις, αξιολογήσεις απόδοσης και προσλήψεις.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη των μελών της ομάδας μέσω ανατροφοδότησης, στόχων και καθοδήγησης σταδιοδρομίας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Tech Leads και Architects σε τεχνικές συζητήσεις και λύσεις.
- Καλλιεργείς σχέσεις με Product, Design, QA, Architecture και άλλες ομάδες, εκπροσωπώντας τις ανάγκες της ομάδας.
- Βελτιώνεις διαδικασίες και πρακτικές μηχανικής αξιοποιώντας δεδομένα και ανατροφοδότηση της ομάδας.
- Παρακολουθείς την υγεία, την απόδοση και τη σταθερότητα των συστημάτων, καθώς και την τήρηση των SLAs.
- Χρησιμοποιείς μετρικές απόδοσης για την παρακολούθηση της προόδου και τη συνεχή βελτίωση των διαδικασιών.

- Τεχνική σταθερότητα και απόδοση, παρακολούθηση υγείας συστημάτων και μετρικές απόδοσης.
