- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση μηχανημάτων, εξοπλισμού και την υλοποίηση της συντήρησης.
- Καταρτίζεις, εφαρμόζεις και παρακολουθείς πλάνα συντήρησης, επισκευών και drydocking.
- Προετοιμάζεις, ελέγχεις και αναφέρεις τα τεχνικά και OPEX budgets των πλοίων.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ισχύ των πιστοποιήσεων και τη συμμόρφωση με τη ναυτική νομοθεσία.
- Σχεδιάζεις, διενεργείς και παρακολουθείς επισκέψεις, inspections, audits και surveys πλοίων.
- Καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις το προσωπικό των πλοίων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων αξιολογήσεων και συνεντεύξεων.
