- Επανεξετάζεις τεκμηρίωση διαγωνισμών, τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και απαιτήσεις συμμόρφωσης
- Προετοιμάζεις και επικυρώνεις τεχνικές και οικονομικές προτάσεις
- Συντονίζεις με το Τμήμα Ε&Α για προσαρμογή προϊόντων ή ανάπτυξη νέων λύσεων
- Συντονίζεις με Νομικό και Οικονομικό Τμήμα για τεκμηρίωση διαγωνισμών και συμμόρφωση
- Υποστηρίζεις τη φάση αξιολόγησης διαγωνισμών, παρέχεις διευκρινίσεις και διαχειρίζεσαι ενστάσεις αν απαιτηθεί
- Παρακολουθείς την εκτέλεση των έργων και διασφαλίζεις συμμόρφωση με τους όρους των συμβάσεων
- Διατηρείς επικοινωνία με πράκτορες και υποκαταστήματα για υποβολή διεθνών διαγωνισμών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαδικασίες δημόσιων προμηθειών και επανεξέταση απαιτήσεων συμμόρφωσης
- Ανάλυση τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και προετοιμασία τεκμηρίωσης διαγωνισμού
- Συντονισμός με Τμήμα Ε&Α, Νομικό και Οικονομικό Τμήμα
- Επικοινωνία στα αγγλικά
- Διαχείριση έργου και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Εμπειρία στον τομέα ναυτικής ασφάλειας/διασωστικού εξοπλισμού
- Μηχανολογίακατά προτίμηση
