- Σχεδιάζεις λειτουργικές λύσεις βασισμένες στις πλατφόρμες Entersoftone CRM και Mobile Backoffice
- Εφαρμόζεις, ρυθμίζεις και τεκμηριώνεις λειτουργίες συστήματος
- Αναπτύσσεις και βελτιστοποιείς σύνθετα SQL queries για αναφορές, επικυρώσεις και ειδικά χαρακτηριστικά
- Συνεργάζεσαι διαλειτουργικά με προγραμματιστές, συμβούλους και πελάτες για την επιτυχή παράδοση έργων
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση χρηστών και υποστήριξη μετά την υλοποίηση σε ζωντανά περιβάλλοντα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώσεις SQL συμπεριλαμβανομένων σύνθετων queries, joins, views και indexing
- Γνώση επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών CRM
- Εμπειρία ή εξοικείωση με την πλατφόρμα ENTERSOFT SOFTONE
- Αναλυτικές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και διαλειτουργικής συνεργασίας
- Εμπειρία στην εκπαίδευση χρηστών και υποστήριξη
- Ικανότητα τεκμηρίωσης και διαχείρισης συστημάτων
- Πληροφορική / Μηχανική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst & SQL Specialist to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Design functional solutions based on Entersoftone CRM and Mobile Backoffice platforms
Implement, configure, and document system functionalities
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, validation, and custom features
Work cross-functionally with developers, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
Provide user training and post-implementation support in live environments
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of SQL (complex queries, joins, views, indexing)
Solid understanding of CRM-related business processes
Experience or familiarity with ENTERSOFT SOFTONE platform tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
Prior experience in CRM or Mobile Backoffice implementation projects
Exposure to xVan solutions or pharmaceutical field-force systems
Knowledge of scripting and reporting tools
