Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα οδηγών για συντήρηση, ελαστικά ή αντικατάσταση, παρέχοντας έγκαιρες εγκρίσεις βάσει των οδηγιών κατασκευαστή.
- Παρακολουθείς στενά το κόστος επισκευών, συντήρησης και αντικατάστασης ελαστικών για την επίτευξη μέγιστης εξοικονόμησης.
- Εξασφαλίζεις τις συμφωνημένες τιμές με τους προμηθευτές και ενημερώνεις τον πελάτη για το συνολικό κόστος επισκευής.
- Διαπραγματεύεσαι την ανάκτηση κόστους βάσει εγγύησης όταν το όχημα βρίσκεται εκτός της κανονικής εργοστασιακής εγγύησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις παράπονα οδηγών.
- Καταγράφεις όλες τις αλληλεπιδράσεις με οδηγούς στο CRM και ολοκληρώνεις τις σχετικές εργασίες.
- Εντοπίζεις και κλιμακώνεις θέματα που απαιτούν προσοχή.
- Επικοινωνείς με συναδέλφους και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για τον έλεγχο άμεσων και έμμεσων هزینهών.
- Προωθείς τη συνεχή βελτίωση και συμμετέχεις στον σχεδιασμό ενεργειών για την ενίσχυση της λειτουργικής αποτελεσματικότητας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση της αγοράς αυτοκινήτου και συντονισμός επισκευών, συντήρησης και ελαστικών.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, διαχείριση παραπόνων και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
- Παρακολούθηση κόστους, διαπραγμάτευση τιμών και ανάκτηση κόστους βάσει εγγύησης.
- Εργαλεία CRM και διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων.
- Οδηγίες κατασκευαστή, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ολοκλήρωση εργασιών.
- Κλιμάκωση θεμάτων και συνεχής βελτίωση.
