- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς ισχυρές, επαγγελματικές σχέσεις με βασικές επαφές πελατών
- Επιλύεις αποτελεσματικά παράπονα πελατών εξασφαλίζοντας θετική εμπειρία
- Προωθείς, υποστηρίζεις και εκπαιδεύεις πελάτες σε εταιρικά ψηφιακά εργαλεία
- Συντονίζεις με εσωτερικά τμήματα για ομαλή διαχείριση αναγκών πελατών
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία και συντονισμό συναντήσεων και εκδηλώσεων πελατών
- Καταγράφεις όλες τις αλληλεπιδράσεις πελατών σε CRM με ακρίβεια
- Αναγνωρίζεις θέματα προς κλιμάκωση και διασφαλίζεις την κατάλληλη αντιμετώπιση
- Προετοιμάζεις και στέλνεις προτάσεις/αιτήματα προσφορών εντός προθεσμιών
- Εξασφαλίζεις ακριβή και έγκαιρη εισαγωγή παραγγελιών σε εσωτερικά συστήματα
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και υποβολή ετήσιων πιστωτικών ορίων πελατών
- Διατηρείς ενημερωμένα δεδομένα πωλήσεων και πελατών σε πληροφοριακά συστήματα
- Οργανώνεις και φυλάσσεις τεκμηρίωση πελατών σύμφωνα με εταιρικά πρότυπα
- Τηρείς τις εταιρικές πολιτικές, κατευθυντήριες γραμμές επικοινωνίας και πρότυπα μάρκας
- Τηρείς όλες τις συμφωνημένες παραμέτρους SLA και KPIs
- Υποστηρίζεις τη δημιουργία και παράδοση αναφορών προς τους πελάτες με ακρίβεια και στην ώρα τους
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Δεξιότητες Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών και Διαχείρισης Πελατειακών Σχέσεων
- Ικανότητες Επικοινωνίας και Συναισθηματικής Νοημοσύνης
- Δεξιότητες Πληκτρολόγησης και Αριθμητική Ικανότητα
- Γνώση CRM Tools και ψηφιακών πλατφορμών
- Εμπειρία σε MS Office και Διαχείριση Δεδομένων
- Ικανότητες Οργανωτικές, Επίλυσης Προβλημάτων και Διαπραγμάτευσης
