Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Άριστη γνώση Σουηδικών και καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Δεξιότητες στην Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών και Επίλυση Προβλημάτων
- Ικανότητες Επικοινωνίας και Ενσυναίσθησης
- Γνώση Προϊόντος/Υπηρεσίας και Δεξιότητες σε Τεχνολογία
