- Παρέχεις υποστήριξη δεύτερου επιπέδου σε εταιρικά γραφεία και κινηματογράφους, επιλύοντας τεχνικά ζητήματα hardware, λογισμικού, λειτουργικών συστημάτων και δικτύων.
- Αναλαμβάνεις incidents και service requests, συντονίζοντας την κλιμάκωση σε προμηθευτές ή εξωτερικούς παρόχους.
- Εγκαθιστάς, ρυθμίζεις, συντηρείς και αντιμετωπίζεις προβλήματα σε σταθμούς εργασίας, POS, εκτυπωτές, κινητές συσκευές και λοιπό IT εξοπλισμό.
- Υποστηρίζεις και συντηρείς LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switching, firewalls και συνδεσιμότητα Internet σε πολλαπλές τοποθεσίες.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 και συναφών υποδομών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι λογαριασμούς χρηστών, δικαιώματα, ομάδες ασφαλείας και πρόσβαση, σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές ασφάλειας και το GDPR.
- Εκτελείς εργασίες System administration, όπως παρακολούθηση, ενημερώσεις, αντίγραφα ασφαλείας και ελέγχους υγείας υποδομών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ένταξη και αποχώρηση εργαζομένων, με δημιουργία λογαριασμών, διαχείριση πρόσβασης και προετοιμασία ή απόσυρση εξοπλισμού.
- Τηρείς τεκμηρίωση IT υποδομών, ρυθμίσεων, εξοπλισμού, αδειών, εγγυήσεων και διαδικασιών υποστήριξης.
- Εντοπίζεις επαναλαμβανόμενα τεχνικά προβλήματα και συμβάλλεις σε μόνιμες λύσεις, αυτοματοποίηση και βελτιώσεις διαδικασιών.
- Συντονίζεσαι με προμηθευτές, τηλεπικοινωνιακούς παρόχους και τεχνολογικούς συνεργάτες για incidents, επισκευές, αναβαθμίσεις και αλλαγές υποδομών.
- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα IT υποδομών, όπως εγκαταστάσεις hardware και λογισμικού, μετα migrations, αναβαθμίσεις δικτύων, υιοθέτηση cloud και βελτιώσεις ασφάλειας.
- Αξιολογείς νέες τεχνολογίες και λύσεις για βελτίωση αξιοπιστίας, ασφάλειας και λειτουργικής αποδοτικότητας.
- Παρέχεις τεχνική καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη σε junior μέλη της ομάδας και τελικούς χρήστες όταν απαιτείται.
