You'll ensure the successful integration of new rail products into existing systems, driving efficiency and innovation in Thessaloniki's transportation network. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, project management, and operational excellence), coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of managing technical documentation and supporting engineering teams during critical project phases, but also act as the main interface between various teams to ensure seamless product deployment.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensuring smooth integration of new rail products into existing systems to meet project milestones

• Coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless product deployment and system validation

• Driving compliance with safety and quality standards across the introduction process

• Managing technical documentation and supporting engineering teams during critical phases

• Acting as the main interface between design, project management, and operational excellence teams

• Collaborating with internal teams to solve complex challenges and contribute to Thessaloniki's transport landscape

• Experience or understanding of product introduction or system integration within infrastructure projects (3–5 years preferred)

• Knowledge of railway standards, quality, and safety compliance

• Familiarity with coordinating cross-functional teams

• A strong command of English; an additional European language is an asset

• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
