Τι θα κάνεις
- Αξιολογείς τεχνική και κανονιστική σκοπιμότητα έργων ΑΠΕ, εκτίμηση τοποθεσίας και κινδύνους αδειοδότησης
- Συντονίζεις και διαχειρίζεσαι διαδικασίες αδειοδότησης και αδειών σε συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συμβούλους και δημόσιες αρχές
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη έργων διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση με εθνικούς και ευρωπαϊκούς κανονισμούς
- Συνεργάζεσαι με μηχανικούς, περιβαλλοντικές και νομικές ομάδες για τη συμμόρφωση των έργων με νομοθεσία και πρότυπα
- Παρακολουθείς την εξέλιξη των κανονιστικών πλαισίων και αξιολογείς τον αντίκτυπο στο χαρτοφυλάκιο έργων
- Συμμετέχεις σε due diligence και υποστήριξη συναλλαγών παρέχοντας τεχνική εισροή
- Προετοιμάζεις εκθέσεις και παρουσιάσεις σχετικά με την πρόοδο αδειοδότησης και την εκτίμηση κινδύνων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι σχέσεις με ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς, όπως δημόσιες αρχές, συμβούλους και ιδιοκτήτες γης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία σε διαδικασίες αδειοδότησης και έγκρισης έργων ενέργειας στην Ελλάδα
- Αξιολόγηση τεχνικών και κανονιστικών πτυχών έργων ΑΠΕ
- Κατανόηση οικονομικών και συναλλαγών έργων ΑΠΕ
- Συνεργασία με μηχανικούς, περιβαλλοντικές και νομικές ομάδες για τη συμμόρφωση έργων
- Τεχνική εισροή σε due diligence και υποστήριξη συναλλαγών
- Προετοιμασία εκθέσεων και παρουσιάσεων
- Διαχείριση συμμετόχων και επικοινωνία με δημόσιες αρχές και συμβούλους
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Επάρκεια στην Ελληνική και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Μηχανολογία / Πολιτική Μηχανικήκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are seeking a Licensing Engineer to join our Development team, supporting the evaluation, licensing, and permitting of renewable energy projects (mainly solar and wind). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with development experience and a good grasp of the transactional and commercial aspects of renewable projects.
Your role will encompass:
Evaluate renewable energy projects (technical and regulatory feasibility, site assessment, permitting risks)
Coordinate and manage all licensing and permitting activities for renewable energy projects in collaboration with external consultants and public authoritiesSupport the development phase of projects, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in line with national and EU regulations
Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and legal teams to ensure project compliance with local legislation and internal standardsMonitor changes in regulatory frameworks and assess their impact on the company’s project portfolio
Participate in due diligence and transaction support activities, providing technical input where required
Prepare reports and presentations related to project status, licensing progress, and risk assessment.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, consultants, and landowners
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in renewable energy project development (solar, wind, or hybrid)
Proven experience in licensing/permitting procedures for energy projects in GreeceGood understanding of project economics, transactions, and regulatory frameworks in the renewable sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
