retail bancassurance senior specialist

You will join the Deposit and Bancassurance Business Area and play a key role in shaping, developing and growing the Bank’s Bancassurance portfolio. Working closely with partner insurance companies, the Branch Network and internal Business Areas, you will take an active role in the end-to-end development and performance management of insurance products and services, driving their continuous enhancement in line with customer needs, market developments, regulatory requirements and the Bank’s commercial objectives.

What you will be doing

• Contribute to the development and execution of business plans for Bancassurance products, supporting portfolio growth and the achievement of commercial objectives.

• Lead and coordinate activities across the end-to-end design, development and launch of new products and services, while identifying opportunities to enhance existing propositions based on customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, the economic environment and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and assess product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), translating insights into clear recommendations and driving the coordination of corrective or improvement actions where required.

• Collaborate with Human Resources and relevant Business Areas to develop training and certification material for Bank Officers responsible for distributing Bancassurance products and services.

• Manage relationships and operational matters with partner insurance companies, ensuring effective collaboration and servicing of products that are no longer actively distributed.

• Partner with the Bank’s Branch Network and internal stakeholders to address and resolve specialized customer requests related to active insurance contracts, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Capital Markets, Insurance or a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in insurance, banking, financial services or a related sector.

• Strong knowledge of insurance systems, sales practices, principles and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in product design, development and lifecycle management.

• Experience in project management, KPI monitoring and performance analysis.

• Sound business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.

• Effective collaboration, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Team-oriented approach and ability to work effectively across functions.
