As a Products & Operations Senior Specialist at AlphaLife, you will play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting the development of innovative life insurance products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and contribute to the delivery of customer-centric solutions in a fast-evolving insurance environment. This role requires a professional with strong analytical capabilities, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic and regulated environment.

What you will be doing

• Support the optimization of operations across the life insurance product lifecycle, from policy issuance to service delivery

• Participate in the design, documentation, and implementation of new life insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (actuarial, underwriting, claims, IT, sales) to deliver competitive and compliant product solutions

• Monitor and analyze operational and product performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation

• Assist in aligning operational procedures and product governance processes with internal policies and industry best practices

• Prepare structured reports, presentations, and business documentation to support strategic initiatives

• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and industry practices to contribute to product and process evolution

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; a Master’s degree will be considered a strong asset

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in life insurance operations and/or product development

• Solid understanding of life insurance products, workflows, and regulatory requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Greek and English

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with insurance systems or data tools is a plus
