- Λειτουργείς ως σύνδεσμος μεταξύ επιχειρήσεων, τεχνολογίας και προμηθευτών διασφαλίζοντας σαφή επικοινωνία και ευθυγράμμιση
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση εφαρμογών και υπηρεσιών εντοπίζοντας προληπτικά προβλήματα και ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης
- Εξασφαλίζεις ομαλή λειτουργία, αντιμετωπίζεις προβλήματα και βελτιστοποιείς συστήματα και εφαρμογές
- Αναθεωρείς παραδοτέα, υποστηρίζεις κύκλους testing (UAT/QA) και διασφαλίζεις ποιότητα και ευθυγράμμιση με επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες
- Προωθείς βελτιώσεις, ενσωματώσεις και αναβαθμίσεις με έμφαση στην αξία πελάτη και συμμόρφωση με IT standards
