- Μεταφράζεις επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις σε τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και Statements of Work (SoW)
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το product backlog, ιεραρχείς πρωτοβουλίες και ορίζεις ορόσημα σύμφωνα με επιχειρηματικούς στόχους
- Διευθύνεις την εκτέλεση έργων από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος, διασφαλίζοντας επιτυχή παράδοση, δοκιμές και ανάπτυξη
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης, μετριάζεις κινδύνους και βελτιώνεις την απόδοση και την κλιμάκωση υπαρχουσών λύσεων
- Παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις της αγοράς, τις νέες τεχνολογίες και βέλτιστες πρακτικές για προώθηση καινοτομίας
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις σχέσεις με προμηθευτές, περιλαμβάνοντας RFPs, συμβάσεις, προϋπολογισμούς και SLA
- Συνεργάζεσαι με επιχειρησιακούς φορείς, ομάδες ανάπτυξης, PMO και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για ευθυγράμμιση προτεραιοτήτων
- Διευκολύνεις την αναμόρφωση του backlog, τον προγραμματισμό σπριντ και τις agile τελετές
- Επιβλέπεις τις κυκλοφορίες εφαρμογών, παραδόσεις έργων, δοκιμές και συμμόρφωση με επιχειρησιακές και τεχνικές απαιτήσεις
- Εξασφαλίζεις την επιχειρησιακή αριστεία των προϊόντων μέσω παρακολούθησης απόδοσης και επίλυσης θεμάτων
- Συμμετέχεις ή ηγείσαι πρωτοβουλιών της Allwyn Group στην περιοχή ευθύνης σου
- Συμμετέχεις σε δραστηριότητες on-call υποστήριξης και αντεπεξέρχεσαι σε έκτακτα καθήκοντα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Product Ownership, Business Analysis και Agile methodologies
- Γνώση του Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) και Project management
- Vendor management, Procurement activities και Negotiation
- Εξειδίκευση σε CRM domain knowledge και Loyalty domain knowledge
- Ικανότητες Analytical skills, Problem-solving και Communication skills
- Stakeholder management και Testing and deployment
- Computer Science / Information Technology / STEMκατά προτίμηση
