- Ορισμός προτύπων ικανοποίησης πελατών και KPIs και προώθηση πρωτοβουλιών βελτίωσης της συνολικής εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμών, παρακολούθηση εκτέλεσης και εντοπισμός ευκαιριών βελτιστοποίησης κόστους
- Ανάπτυξη περιεχομένου προϊόντος, μηχανικών και λειτουργιών για ενίσχυση ανταγωνιστικότητας και έλξης πελατών
- Καθιέρωση διαδικασιών, προτύπων και διαδικασιών για αποδοτική και συμμορφούμενη λειτουργία
- Συνεργασία με την ομάδα Marketing για κατάλληλες πρωτοβουλίες go-to-market
- Ανάλυση τάσεων αγοράς, δεδομένων πελατών και απόδοσης για εισαγωγή νέων λειτουργιών και βελτιώσεων
- Συνεργασία με ομάδες, προμηθευτές και stakeholders για επιτυχή λανσαρίσματα και προτάσεις πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση προϊόντος και Στρατηγική εμπειρίας πελάτη για gaming και άλλους δυναμικούς κλάδους
- Ανάλυση αγοράς και Παρακολούθηση απόδοσης με αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και δεδομένα
- Ηγεσία ομάδας, Διαχείριση stakeholders και Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας για αποτελεσματική συνεργασία
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και Καθιέρωση διαδικασιών για διαχείριση πόρων και συμμόρφωση
- Ανάπτυξη περιεχομένου προϊόντος και Τεχνικές marketing για βελτίωση προϊόντων και προώθηση
- Γνώση IT για βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργιών προϊόντων και αξιοποίηση τεχνολογίας
- Μάρκετινγκ / Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
