- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς ηλεκτρομηχανολογικά έργα σε εγκαταστάσεις εταιρικών κεντρικών γραφείων
- Ετοιμάζεις τεχνικές παρουσιάσεις με προτάσεις σχεδιασμού, προϋπολογισμό και ανάλυση ROI
- Ενσωματώνεις πρωτοβουλίες ESG στον σχεδιασμό έργων για μείωση εκπομπών CO₂ και βελτίωση της βιωσιμότητας
- Ελέγχεις και αναλύεις μελέτες για συμμόρφωση με τη νομοθεσία και τα τεχνικά πρότυπα
- Συντάσσεις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και τεύχη διαγωνισμών σύμφωνα με τις ελληνικές κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Procurement για τον καθορισμό απαιτήσεων RFP και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Legal για την υποστήριξη της προετοιμασίας συμβάσεων και την τήρηση των απαιτήσεων συμμόρφωσης
- Επιβλέπεις την κατασκευή και υλοποίηση ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών συστημάτων και εγκαταστάσεων πυροπροστασίας
- Συντονίζεις την επικοινωνία με τις αρμόδιες αρχές της Πυροσβεστικής και διαχειρίζεσαι εγκρίσεις και διαδικασίες συμμόρφωσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων κτιρίων και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικά συστήματα
- Κανονισμοί πυροπροστασίας, εγκαταστάσεις πυροπροστασίας και ελληνικές κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις
- Συμμόρφωση με τη νομοθεσία και το κανονιστικό πλαίσιο
- AutoCAD και MS Office
- Επίβλεψη κατασκευής
- Τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και τεύχη διαγωνισμών, Procurement και απαιτήσεις RFP, τεχνικές παρουσιάσεις, προϋπολογισμός και ανάλυση ROI, ESG και βιωσιμότητα, διαχείριση stakeholders
