- Παρακολουθείς και επιβλέπεις τη συντήρηση και λειτουργία μηχανολογικών και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών (MEP) συστημάτων
- Συντονίζεις προληπτικές και επανορθωτικές εργασίες συντήρησης σε συστήματα HVAC, υδραυλικά και πυροπροστασίας
- Συντάσσεις τεχνικές εκθέσεις, τεκμηρίωση συντήρησης και εκθέσεις αξιολόγησης κατάστασης
- Ελέγχεις προγράμματα συντήρησης και διασφαλίζεις συμμόρφωση με συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις, τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και κανονισμούς
- Συντονίζεις με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες, εργολάβους και πελάτες για επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων και βελτιστοποίηση απόδοσης συστημάτων
- Υποστηρίζεις την επιθεώρηση, δοκιμές και παραλαβή μηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων
- Συμμετέχεις σε επιθεωρήσεις σε χώρο, τεχνικές συναντήσεις και δραστηριότητες συντονισμού έργου
- Συνεισφέρεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση διαδικασιών συντήρησης και πρακτικών διαχείρισης περιουσιακού στοιχείου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συντήρηση, λειτουργία και τεχνική επίβλεψη μηχανολογικών και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών (MEP) συστημάτων
- Προληπτική και επανορθωτική συντήρηση συστημάτων HVAC, υδραυλικών και πυροπροστασίας
- Σύνταξη τεχνικών εκθέσεων και τεκμηρίωσης
- Συμμόρφωση με τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, κανονισμούς και συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις
- Συντονισμός με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες και εμπειρία σε επιθεωρήσεις και δοκιμές εγκαταστάσεων
- Γνώση MS Office και καλή επικοινωνία σε ελληνικά και αγγλικά
