- Ελέγχεις και επικυρώνεις τεχνικά έγγραφα, άδειες και πιστοποιητικά
- Αξιολογείς σχέδια, προετοιμάζεις προϋπολογισμούς και καθοδηγείς προμηθευτές για ποιοτικά κατασκευαστικά αποτελέσματα
- Θέτεις προτεραιότητες, προβλέπεις κινδύνους και διασφαλίζεις την ομαλή και έγκαιρη παράδοση κάθε έργου
- Συντονίζεις πρότυπα σχεδιασμού και εξασφαλίζεις ευθυγράμμιση μεταξύ εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών μηχανικών ομάδων
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο, τον προϋπολογισμό και τα χρονοδιαγράμματα του έργου και ενημερώνεις τους ενδιαφερόμενους με σαφείς αναφορές
- Εξασφαλίζεις την ποιότητα και τη συμμόρφωση των εργασιών προμηθευτών με τις τεχνικές απαιτήσεις
- Επιλύεις τεχνικά ζητήματα γρήγορα και παρέχεις πρακτική υποστήριξη στις ομάδες σε έργα
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλες ομάδες κατά τις φάσεις υλοποίησης για ομαλή εφαρμογή
- Ελέγχεις τιμολόγια προμηθευτών και επιβεβαιώνεις ότι αντιστοιχούν στο ολοκληρωμένο έργο
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την επικοινωνία με τις αρχές και στηρίζεις την προετοιμασία τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώσεις AutoCAD και σχεδιαστικού λογισμικού
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης σε ελληνικά και αγγλικά
- Κατανόηση αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού και νομικών απαιτήσεων
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Ικανότητες συνεργασίας, συντονισμού προμηθευτών και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, διαχείριση έργων και ετοιμασία αναφορών
- Ετοιμότητα για ταξίδια
- Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Engineeringκατά προτίμηση
