Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις τον σχεδιασμό έργων από την προκαταρκτική φάση έως τα πλήρη κατασκευαστικά σχέδια και την τεκμηρίωση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα ανατεθειμένα έργα από την έναρξη έως την ολοκλήρωσή τους και αναλύεις σχετικές πληροφορίες για αρχιτεκτονικές λύσεις.
- Ελέγχεις λεπτομερώς τις αρχιτεκτονικές προτάσεις.
- Καταρτίζεις και παρακολουθείς τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές σύμφωνα με την ελληνική νομοθεσία για τον σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη κτιρίων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με δημόσιες αρχές και υποστηρίζεις την τεχνική διοικητική τεκμηρίωση.
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τα μέλη της ομάδας έργου και τους συναδέλφους για τον ευθυγραμμισμένο συντονισμό των ενεργειών τους.
- Παρακολουθείς και ελέγχεις τις τοπογραφικές αποτυπώσεις για την ανάπτυξη του δικτύου καταστημάτων OPAP.
