- Υπηρετείς ως σύνδεσμος μεταξύ Leasing, Development και Design για το έργο Ellinikon Mall
- Παρακολουθείς τις εμπορικές συμφωνίες και προδιαγραφές των ενοικιαστών
- Προτείνεις νέα εμπορικά σενάρια και επιλογές βάση των αναγκών και προδιαγραφών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και ενημερώνεις τα 'Εμπορικά Σχέδια' μαζί με την εξέλιξη του leasing και του σχεδιασμού
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ενοικιαστές, αρχιτέκτονες και συμβούλους
- Βεβαιώνεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις Οδηγίες Σχεδιασμού Ενοικιαστών
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία απαιτήσεων και συντονισμού σχεδιασμού
- Παρακολουθείς υπάρχουσες συμφωνίες και προτείνεις νέες διατάξεις για τους ενοικιαστές
- Συμμετέχεις σε συναντήσεις υποστήριξης Leasing κατά τη διάρκεια τεχνικών συζητήσεων
- Συντονίζεις συναντήσεις με ομάδες σχεδιασμού ενοικιαστών
- Προετοιμάζεις και διαχειρίζεσαι πληροφοριακά πακέτα για ενοικιαστές
- Καταγράφεις και συγκεντρώνεις τεχνικά δεδομένα από εμπορικές συμφωνίες
- Προετοιμάζεις συμπληρωματικό υλικό για τις εμπορικές συμφωνίες, όπως το Εγχειρίδιο Ενοικιαστή
- Ειδοποιείς για αλλαγές που μπορεί να επηρεάσουν τα αποτελέσματα του έργου
- Εκτιμάς κινδύνους και προτείνεις κατάλληλες ενέργειες
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας και συμμετέχεις σε συντονιστικές συναντήσεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον συντονισμό διεπαφών με άδειες, σχεδιασμό, προμήθειες, κατασκευή, leasing, λειτουργίες και παράδοση
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Αρχιτεκτονική ή Πολιτικός Μηχανικός
- AutoCAD και Revit
- MS Office και Adobe
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Κανονισμοί Πυρασφάλειας
- Οργανωτικές και αναλυτικές ικανότητες με δεξιότητες συγγραφής αναφορών
- Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Design coordination και Tenant Coordination
- Architecture / Civil Engineering
