HR Specialist Sea Crete HotelsJob Purpose &amp; Key DeliverablesSeaCrete Hotels has been operating in Chania since 1990 in the area of Apokoronas.SeaCrete Hotels is a fast-growing business entity, currently operating with two hotels, targeting All-Inclusive, Beach, Family, 4 stars' vacations.Kiani Beach Resort I, is the latest member of SeaCrete Hotels family that started its operation in 2007 and since then has grown rapidly and successfully expanding it's footprint. As a result, in 2018 SeaCrete Hotels acquired the 3rd member of the family, Kiani Beach Resort II.As an HR Specialist in SeaCrete Hotels, you'll contribute to the business success by implementing the HR agenda for all the front-line employees. A wide range of responsibilities like recruitment, training, labor law implementation, health and safety and more will shape your day-to-day goals.This is a key role for an HR Specialist who can work with high sense of autonomy and accountability, able to provide effective visibility to his/her team. If you have talent and motivation, you'll find support and encouragement in every step of the way.Key Accountabilities:• Recruitment: Analyze, plan and execute all the recruitment needs of front line employees• Play an Integral Role in SeaCrete Hotels opening via ensuring proper personnel in place on time and within budget• Performance Management: Ensure optimum performance of front-line employees• Learning &amp; Development: Implement any training needed to support high performance• Labor Law: Overlook compliance with local legislation• Ensure appropriate involvement of key stakeholders in all relevant stages of the work (Accounting department &amp; Operation managers)• Compensation and Benefits: Implement recruitments within given budget• HR Technology: Utilize HR technology solutions for effective KPIs achievementEssential Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree from and/or experience in Operation roles in hotels industry. Focus on HR would be an asset• Analytical Skillset• Collaboration, communication &amp; proactive information flow to team members• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek• Advanced IT literacy• Familiar with systems and advocate of technology• 1-3 years of Relevant ExperienceSkills &amp; Capabilities:• Knowledge of HR processes &amp; hotel operation function• Acknowledged communication skills• Greek Labor Law• People orientation• Flexibility in way of working• Multi-tasking capability• Leadership skills, and ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityThe role reports dually to Operations Manager of SCH who is based in Chania. The role demands at least 7 months per annum physical base in Chania, while there is flexibility on the employee's location for the rest of the year.

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Coordinate execution of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, personnel documentation, payroll data input, and ensure timely and accurate employee data entry into HR systems.Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, maintaining alignment with company standards and labor regulations.Monitor compliance with labor laws, health &amp; safety regulations, company policies, and manage administration efficiency through accurate documentation, employee files, and system records.Manage employee relations by monitoring issues, providing guidance for resolution, conducting exit interviews, and escalating matters as necessary; report key insights to management.Prepare and handle compliance reports, HR metrics, and dashboards for senior management; serve as liaison with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.Collaborate with Learning &amp; Development teams to support compliance training and education, while managing work accidents and monitoring absenteeism within acceptable market levels.What will you bring?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in HR Management, Labor Relations, or Compliance is highly valued.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with strong expertise in labor compliance, employee relations, reporting, applying HR SOPs, and conducting internal HR audits in regulated industries (hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing).Experience dealing with audits, labor inspections, and regulatory authorities is highly valued.Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security regulations, and local compliance frameworks; proficient in HRMS systems (Pylon preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, regulatory bodies, and to train/advice managers and staff on compliance and HR standards; proficiency in English required, additional languages a plus.What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration package.Private health insuranceFlexible working model

HR Operations & Compliance Manager

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans, in collaboration with TA Corporate, aligned with both current and future organizational needs, while ensuring consistency with company strategic objectives.Identify and attract high-potential candidates through diverse channels (job boards, social networks, job fairs, networking, etc.), and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) via employer branding initiatives and participation in talent events.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer negotiation, and coordination with external agencies and providers as needed.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and provide regular recruitment progress reports to the business.Supervise pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organizational culture, including coordination of induction programs and support in internal development initiatives.Work with department managers to identify training needs and skill gaps, support internal talent development, design career paths, and manage FUNDAE grants (for Spanish properties).What will you bring?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate studies or certifications in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding are considered a strong asset.3–5 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service sector, including pre-boarding and onboarding processes.Solid knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job portals, with a strong understanding of employer branding and onboarding strategies that promote corporate culture.Familiarity with training needs analysis, development planning, and career pathing tools; experience with FUNDAE grants and training subsidies (specific to Spanish properties) is highly valued.Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus in international or multicultural contexts.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experienced in using HRIS and LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration package.Private health insuranceFlexible working model
