Your job description:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Design and maintain intuitive, user-friendly interfaces (UI) for web applications.</li><li>Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to translate complex business needs into user-centric experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with software engineers &amp; stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of UX/UI design throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure that the design is consistent with UX best practices, emphasizing usability, accessibility, and performance.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, identify pain points, and improve overall user satisfaction.</li><li>Stay informed and continuously update yourself on methodologies, trends, and technologies in the field of UI/UX design and web development.</li><li>Be a part of challenging projects across a wide variety of industries and functions for top organizations in Greece and/or abroad.</li></ul>GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We’re&nbsp;a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.</li><li>Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.</li><li>Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with development teams.</li><li>Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design approaches.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.</li><li>Basic understanding of analytics and data visualization concepts to inform design.</li><li>Experience with front-end development tools / frameworks (e.g. React, Angular) to better integrate with development teams.</li><li>Knowledge of web performance optimization to ensure smooth user experience and fast load times.</li><li>Familiarity with search engine optimization practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience designing scalable applications for large user bases.</li><li>Ability to create visually engaging applications with tools like Canva, and experience in animation tools is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of version control systems (e.g. Git) for collaboration.</li></ul>BELONG, IN YOUR OWN WAY.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We have created a workplace where we socialize, connect, learn,&nbsp;experiment&nbsp;and create.
