About Your Future Role Your key responsibilities in this role will be:<ul><li>Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.</li><li>Request, review, and evaluate quotations, proposals, and supplier offers from a technical-economic viewpoint.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and priorities.</li><li>Track market trends, supplier developments, and risks to inform procurement strategies.</li><li>Support procurement reporting and KPI tracking as needed.</li><li>Autonomously carry out (up to the total amount set by current company regulations) purchase negotiations, optimizing the factors of price, quality and services, also through cost analysis and proposals to reformulate the terms of the services themselves</li><li>Collaborate with the required departments , for the proper review &nbsp;of contracts within the set limits of authority and ensuring the preparation of all material to support such.</li><li>Accuracy check &nbsp;of purchase requests and prepare purchase orders. As an AML Analyst you will participate in the analysis and assessment of the company’s ML/TF risks and the &nbsp;strategic configuration and utilization of the AML system, taking into consideration the provision of the current relevant regulatory framework and best practices. &nbsp;This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. The position plays a vital role inside the Compliance Department as per daily AML routines but also contributing to the department’s strategic plans. .Your local team will be based in Athens, Greece.Your key responsibilities in this role will be to:<ul><li>Ensure the proper implementation of the AML/CFT Policy across the Company.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain a risk assessment framework for products, services and clients related to money laundering.</li><li>Detect, investigate and report suspicious activities to the competent authorities in an efficient and timely manner, such as the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).</li><li>Coordinate and resolve audit, regulator and merchant inquiries related to AML topics.</li><li>Conduct analysis and investigation of the alerts generated from the AML transaction monitoring system and identify potential suspicious or unusual activity.</li><li>Perform statistical data analysis to optimize the parametrization of the AML system.</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to all Departments across Nexi Payments Greece, by establishing clear accountabilities, roles and responsibilities so as to better manage AML risks.</li><li>Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of relevant AML Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Support the development of robust AML Training Program and conduct trainings if needed for different Teams to raise awareness on ML/TF risks.</li><li>Cooperate with Government Agencies (such as Tax Authorities, Banks, Judicial Authorities) regarding lawful requests for information resulted during their investigations.</li></ul>&nbsp;What makes you the best person for this job?&nbsp;Now while you are reading about the role, are you curious to discover more?
