About Your Future Role
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Request, review, and evaluate quotations, proposals, and supplier offers from a technical-economic viewpoint.

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and priorities.

  • Track market trends, supplier developments, and risks to inform procurement strategies.

  • Support procurement reporting and KPI tracking as needed.

  • Autonomously carry out (up to the total amount set by current company regulations) purchase negotiations, optimizing the factors of price, quality and services, also through cost analysis and proposals to reformulate the terms of the services themselves

  • Collaborate with the required departments , for the proper review  of contracts within the set limits of authority and ensuring the preparation of all material to support such.

  • Accuracy check  of purchase requests and prepare purchase orders. Ensure the issuing, forwarding to suppliers and the archiving of the purchase order

  • Ensure and check compliance with formal obligations connected to qualification of suppliers

  • Prepare management reporting on purchases

Essential Qualifications: 

  • 2 to 4 years of proven sourcing experience in corporate procurement/sourcing ideally in an international organization environment. Experience on a technology, telecommunication, network and professional services, related environment would be appreciated

  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management principles.

  • Superior level of professional in written and verbal communication is required

  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required to manage across the numerous stakeholders across regions, partners, clients

  • Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent 

  • Excellent command of English & Greek language.
