As a Contracting Specialist at INTRALOT, you will play a crucial role in managing and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts, reviewing customer and third-party terms, and providing support in the bidding process. You'll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.&nbsp;Your responsibilities will include:• Drafting customer and intragroup contracts covering various transactions.• Supporting the bidding process by reviewing contracts, responding to requirements, and suggesting terms.• Maintaining organized contract documentation and system records, ensuring everything is up-to-date.• Providing advisory on negotiations, disputes, claims, and other contractual matters.• Preparing internal memorandums and reports for contract approvals.• Monitoring contractual KPIs, including billing, milestones, and obligations, and providing proactive advice.• Building strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and Intralot subsidiaries.Job requirements• University degree in Business, IT, or related field. Contracting Specialist
