Join TUI Group Purchasing team as a Purchasing Assistant and provide administrative support to the purchasing team for a specific region or regions. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.</li><li>A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.</li><li>Broaden your network:&nbsp;We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams</li><li>Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.</li></ul> ABOUT THE JOB:&nbsp;<ul><li>Supporting the Purchasing team and wider business with accommodation contracting solution data input and data management&nbsp;</li><li>You will build sustainable relationships with multiple internal stakeholders representing the team and suppliers which might include but is not limited to commercial, finance (AP), content, legal and health &amp; safety&nbsp;</li><li>You will be responsible for regular data integrity checks, which includes contract completeness and ensuring errors or omissions are corrected&nbsp;</li><li>You are the key day to day contact and link with head office for suppliers, dealing with various queries and regular distribution of reports, requests and general information&nbsp;</li><li>In addition, the Purchasing Assistant will provide support on ad-hoc generic tasks which provide insight to the wider function to support short, medium and long-term planning&nbsp;</li><li>You will support the team in planning and organising supplier meetings and trade events&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>ABOUT YOU:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers is a must-have skill&nbsp;</li><li>PC literate, competent in the use of the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel. Knowledge of contracting systems desirable&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent English and Greek language skills, both verbal and written is a must&nbsp;</li><li>Tour-operating experience desirable&nbsp;</li><li>Process driven, organised with good time management skills, can prioritise and balance workload&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Numerate and analytical, eye for detail, can analyse basic numerical data&nbsp;</li><li>Good trouble-shooting skills and ability to multi-task&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible and adaptable, ability to work and deliver under pressure&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> From a workplace to a place to belong.
