As a Digital Business Analysis Associate you will be responsible for supporting the analysis of the business needs and incorporating them to business requirements to facilitate &nbsp;Bank’s services available through its digital channels.What you will be doing • &nbsp; &nbsp; Support the analysis of the business needs as well as the identification of business problems.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp; Actively listen, investigate and assess business information to identify interdependencies with other processes/digital products and with the documentation of business requirements. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Support the drafting of business requirement documents in a clear, accurate and professional manner providing all information needed. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to verify that the delivered features match the specification provided.&nbsp;&nbsp; What you need to have • &nbsp; &nbsp;A Bachelor’ s degree in technical/business field i.e., engineering or relevant field • &nbsp; &nbsp;A Master’ s degree in related field is preferred. • &nbsp; &nbsp;At least one (1) year of working experience in business analysis preferably in digital processes. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication and collaboration skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to detail.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
