The&nbsp;HR Operations Officer (Payroll)&nbsp;will support the HR Operations team by administering the daily HR tasks such as keeping employee record, processing payroll and managing labor and insurance matters.&nbsp;Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact at HR- Payroll operational level for all the entity,&nbsp;located in Athens</li><li>Maintain employee records in the local &amp;&nbsp;global system</li><li>Entry and monitor employee attendance / personnel leaves and update accordingly the leave database</li><li>Manage employment relations (such as&nbsp;hirings,&nbsp;contract renewals for fix-term contracts&nbsp;and&nbsp;changes of position/salaries&nbsp;etc.) by preparing the proper documentation and informing the labor authorities</li><li>Participate in monthly payroll calculations &amp; submit forms to public authorities (Ergani, DYPA, EFKA)</li><li>Ensure compliance with Greek Employment Law, payroll tax obligations, and internal policies in payroll calculations</li><li>Participate in various HR projects related to local/global operations</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:<ul><li>University degree in Economics or Business Administration related field</li><li>Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Strong understanding of employment legislation and procedures</li><li>Familiarity with timekeeping systems&nbsp;and payroll compliance requirements</li><li>Proficient in using the Ergani&nbsp;system &amp; Knowledge of the Digital Access Card rules</li><li>Proven strong employment relations experience in a big company</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office,&nbsp;mainly Excel</li><li>Solid experience with HRIS/ERP systems&nbsp;(i.e.&nbsp;Scan HRMS, Sap SuccessFactors, etc.)</li><li>Fluent in Greek &amp; English (written and spoken)</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations, including social security contributions, taxes, and employee protection laws</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Core competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong analytic &amp; problem-solving skills</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Able to work under pressure and able to prioritize his/her tasks meeting the respective deadlines</li><li>Confidentiality</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Adaptable</li></ul>&nbsp;ADDITIONAL INFORMATION&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;• Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants)&nbsp;
