You will partner with financial and operational management in a limited geographic or process area to understand and enhance internal control environments, risks, and mitigation activities to minimize the risk of financial losses, operational inefficiencies and statutory non-compliances caused by the lack of controls or effective governance. Υπάγεται στον τομέα Προγραμματισμού και Ελέγχου και απαιτούνται συνεχείς μετακινήσεις και διαμονή στα εργοτάξια για όσο διάστημα μπορεί να απαιτηθεί, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες για τον προγραμματισμό και την παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης της προόδου και του κόστους των έργων που έχει την αρμοδιότητα να παρακολουθεί. Αρμοδιότητες: Συντάσσει το αρχικό χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου. Παρακολουθεί την εξέλιξη των δραστηριοτήτων του χρονοδιαγράμματος. Συγκεντρώνει στοιχεία για την παρακολούθηση της προόδου των δραστηριοτήτων (μελέτες – προμήθειες – κατασκευή) συνδυάζοντας όλα τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία που μπορεί να συγκεντρώσει επιτόπου του Έργου, σε συνεργασία με κάθε εμπλεκόμενο στέλεχος στο εργοτάξιο. Συντάσσει τις μηνιαίες αναφορές προόδου και τεκμηριώνει αποκλίσεις στο χρονοδιάγραμμα και στο κόστος. Διεκπεραιώνει όλες τις υποβολές που σχετίζονται με τις υποβολές του χρονοδιαγράμματος και των αναφορών προόδου όπως προβλέπεται από τη Σύμβαση. Συγκεντρώνει και ομαδοποιεί σε μηνιαία βάση στοιχεία για το κόστος του Έργου, εντοπίζοντας και τεκμηριώνοντας τις όποιες αποκλίσεις με το αντίστοιχο προϋπολογισθέν. Συντάσσει τις αναφορές για τα πεπραγμένα και τις προβλέψεις χρηματοροών και κερδοφορίας του Έργου. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Μηχανικός, με 5ετή προϋπηρεσία επί τόπου σε Δημόσια Έργα, σε θέση που σχετίζεται με τον χρονοπρογραμματισμό και / ή την κοστολόγηση (έργα για τη διαχείρισης στερεών και υγρών αποβλήτων). Βασικές γνώσεις επιμετρήσεων, λογαριασμών, πιστοποιήσεων (ΠΠΑΕ, ΑΠΕ, κλπ.). Πολύ καλές ικανότητες στη χρήση του Excel, η οποία θα μπορεί να επιδειχθεί. Γνώσεις Primavera (ή MS Project) επιθυμητές.
