We are seeking a skilled and motivated&nbsp;Regulatory Compliance Consultant&nbsp;with solid experience in banking compliance and a strong understanding of current and emerging regulatory frameworks. This role&nbsp;will support clients—primarily financial institutions—by delivering practical, risk-focused compliance solutions and advising on the impact of regulatory developments.The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Contribute to a range of regulatory compliance advisory projects, including: </li></ul><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Internal audits,&nbsp;internal control system assessments, and&nbsp;regulatory compliance reviews</li><li>Evaluation and enhancement of governance structures and control environments</li></ul><ul><li>Provide advisory support on core banking regulatory areas, such as:</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>PSD, MiFID II,&nbsp;Market Abuse Regulation (MAR),&nbsp;Conflict of Interest,&nbsp;Outsourcing, GDPR,&nbsp;DORA, and&nbsp;AI-related regulations or&nbsp;other related with Financial Institutions regulations</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in developing and updating compliance policies, procedures, and operational manuals.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct&nbsp;regulatory analysis&nbsp;and&nbsp;ongoing monitoring&nbsp;of relevant European and international legislation (e.g., ESMA, EBA, ECB, FATF), and assess their impact on clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Translate regulatory developments into clear, actionable recommendations and support clients in their implementation efforts.</li></ul><ul><li>Advice on compliance functions and help define roles, reporting lines, and internal escalation mechanisms.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in&nbsp;regulatory gap assessments,&nbsp;compliance risk assessments, and internal reporting for senior stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (legal, audit, tech, risk) to deliver integrated and client-specific solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a go-to advisor for regulatory compliance needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in&nbsp;business development, including regulatory research, proposal preparation, and thought leadership content.</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following&nbsp;(hard and soft skills):<ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>3 to 7 years&nbsp;of professional experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk advisory—preferably within the&nbsp;banking or financial services sector. </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Finance, Business, or&nbsp;Law. Regulatory Compliance Consultant in Financial Services

We are looking for a skilled Financial Crime Advisor with solid experience in corporate and retail banking to join our advisory team. This role&nbsp;will support leading banks &amp; other Financial Institutions in strengthening their financial crime risk frameworks by delivering business-focused advice on Financial Crime, Sanctions, and other special AML related areas (i.e. Correspondent banking AML controls, trade finance, etc.).
