The Distribution Lead is responsible for executing BU Logistics and Distribution&nbsp;strategy , ensuring the agreed service levels.&nbsp;Additionally, the role manages a network of 3PL Transportation Companies, logistics providers and other cross-functional processes as needed while improving customer service at optimal cost and ensuring H&amp;S rules, in compliance with the laws in force and according to internal standards. The role is also accountable for managing and developing his/her team while building strong relationships with key internal customers &amp; external stakeholders.&nbsp;ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLECriteria for success:<ul><li>I have excellent knowledge of Logistics operations and understanding of Distribution models</li><li>I have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills</li><li>I am highly energetic, enthusiastic with drive for results</li><li>I have excellent planning and organizing skills</li><li>I have analysis &amp; synthesis skills and strong financial acumen</li><li>I have the ability to manage risks within complex operations and face conflict management situations</li></ul>Qualifiers:<ul><li>Holds a University Degree&nbsp;with related professional qualification.&nbsp;A Master’s degree in Logistics or an MBA will be considered an asset</li><li>Ability to use computer system SAP</li><li>English language - strong writing and speaking ability</li><li>Good Knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Work experience:&nbsp;At least 2 years of work in a relevant position in logistics</li><li>Teamwork mentality</li><li>IT Literacy</li></ul>&nbsp;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Responsible for 3PL management</li><li>Develops &amp; manages operational budgets according to business needs</li><li>Regional synergies &amp; opportunities leveraged</li><li>Manages standard KBIs reporting regularly</li><li>Improved responsiveness to customer needs, improved customer service &amp; speed in countries</li><li>Establishes and implements reliable&nbsp;distribution&nbsp;processes &amp; system&nbsp;to meet customer service expectations and cost performance</li><li>Health &amp; Safety indicators improved versus PY</li><li>Improve efficiency of distribution processes. Create a performance management culture</li><li>Logistics strategy in the area of&nbsp;distribution&nbsp;is communicated to employees &amp; executed&nbsp;&nbsp;at optimal cost&nbsp;&nbsp;&amp; customer service</li><li>Employee Engagement improved versus PY in BU in transportation, contributing to deliver overall SC strategy and commitment</li><li>Develops the team and ensures that the talent pipeline improves every year</li><li>Relationship with BU Customer Logistics Manager , Transportation Lead,&nbsp;Warehouse Managers, BU Logistics Manager, developed and maintained</li><li>Standard processes (Lean Logistics) &amp; Best practices from BUs introduced</li><li>Identifies opportunities to optimize distribution network</li><li>Improve customer service with internal customers</li><li>Improve usage of Movilizer devices leading to better visibility of Distribution services</li></ul> Our goal is to create the right environment in which all our employees will feel that they belong to a big family and will have the opportunity to be inspired and develop continuously.&nbsp;At Coca-Cola HBC, we are an inclusive employer that thrives on diversity.
