At SCOPE, Netcompany’s in-house Communications Agency, creativity meets strategy to #CommunicateEurope.As a Freelancer Graphic Designer, you will:<ul><li>Translate business requirements and creative briefs into engaging visual materials that align with specific guidelines</li><li>Design a wide variety of print and digital assets, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, infographics, social media visuals, presentations, logotypes, email signatures, and stationery</li><li>Collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Design Team Lead and other creatives to ensure brand consistency across deliverables</li><li>Prepare and present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and clients</li><li>Follow established brand guidelines and creative direction from project concept through to final execution</li><li>Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of visual quality, accessibility, and technical accuracy</li><li>Be responsive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What would make you a fit for the role:<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design</li><li>At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer in both print and digital media</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools&nbsp;</li><li>A strong and versatile design portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and multi-format execution</li><li>Awareness of current design trends and accessibility best practices</li><li>Strong communication skills in English&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of Accessibility Designer files&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>Company Description</h2>We are Netcompany a leading European IT Solutions and Services company with strong international presence and expertise, dedicated to responsible digitalisation.
