In this role, you will provide timely and accurate analysis and reports to Group Senior Management and key stakeholders, covering actual and forecasted performance, with the goal of supporting decision-making process. You will actively contribute to Rolling Estimates (RE) ad Business Plan (BP) processes, offering data-driven guidance based on actual business needs. Additionally, you will deliver in-depth financial analysis and modelling to provide business insights and contribute to various corporate projects.&nbsp;&nbsp; IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:•	Ensure that BP and RE processes and documentation reflect the business reality and are up to date.•	Collect, validate, and analyze Actuals and RE &amp; BP financials (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, and additional templates).•	Create complex financial models to assess potential scenarios and their impact on the Organization.•	Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.&nbsp;•	Develop and manage budgets by forecasting financial performance using historical data and market trends.•	Foster a culture of shared knowledge and encourage continuous skills development.&nbsp;•	Actively participate in the design and implementation of Business Information systems by leveraging all business and financial information, resulting in the development of an innovative tool for the Company.&nbsp;•	Undertake initiatives for process optimization, reporting process, lead projects, and delivers training to peers within Finance or Commercial expertise.&nbsp;•	Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Operations and Senior management, to gather insights and communicate findings.&nbsp; &nbsp;YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:•	Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.&nbsp;•	Background in consulting or audit environment – will be an asset.&nbsp;•	A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.&nbsp;•	A Master’s degree or professional certifications will be an advantage. Accounting Qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA) is desirable.&nbsp;•	Proficiency in financial modelling software (such as Excel; experience with FP&amp;A software is an asset).&nbsp;•	Strong analytical and mathematical skills – essential for interpreting financial data and building models.&nbsp;•	In-depth understanding of financial statements and accounting principles – essential for accurate analysis and interpretation of financial performance.•	Experience with AI will be an advantage.&nbsp;•	Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, business modelling are a must) &amp; knowledge of BW/BPC/Power BI is preferred.&nbsp;•	Proficiency in English (verbal, written).&nbsp; ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company. FP&A Analyst

In this role, you will manage and support the accounting and reporting processes for holding entities, and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in partnership with the Shared Service Center (BSO). You’ll also monitor accounts payable, prepare both ad-hoc and routine reports, and respond to requests from the Group Controlling Team. IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:•	Support the accounting and reporting processes of holding entities and provide timely and accurate financial information•	Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, as well as to the submission of related deliverables with Shared Service Center (BSO)•	Support the preparation and submission of BP/RE figures for all other holding companies•	Support the statutory Financial Statements preparation for holding companies and address external audit requests•	Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, accounting policies, procedures, and maintain appropriate documentation•	Monitor the accounts payable process for Holding Companies and collaborate with Shared Service Center’s (BSO) Procure to Pay (PTP) team•	Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc and other regular reporting requirements of the Group Controlling Team•	Be involved in the Management Fees and other group intercompany recharging processes (actuals, planning &amp; external audit procedures) &nbsp;YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:•	Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting/reporting in a multinational organization or external audit (preferably within a Big Four audit firm)•	Knowledge of financial analysis, coupled with accounting expertise&nbsp;•	Previous experience with SAP&nbsp;•	Good understanding of SAP related functionalities (such as PaPM) and BPC – considered an advantage•	Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance•	Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (MBA)•	Professional qualification in Accounting/Auditing (ACCA, ACA, IESOEL) completed, or close to completion would be considered an asset•	Financial accounting and IFRS•	Excellent command of the English language (verbal &amp; written) Please provide the CV in English.&nbsp; ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
