In this role, you will manage and support the accounting and reporting processes for holding entities, and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in partnership with the Shared Service Center (BSO). You’ll also monitor accounts payable, prepare both ad-hoc and routine reports, and respond to requests from the Group Controlling Team.


IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:

• Support the accounting and reporting processes of holding entities and provide timely and accurate financial information

• Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, as well as to the submission of related deliverables with Shared Service Center (BSO)

• Support the preparation and submission of BP/RE figures for all other holding companies

• Support the statutory Financial Statements preparation for holding companies and address external audit requests

• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, accounting policies, procedures, and maintain appropriate documentation

• Monitor the accounts payable process for Holding Companies and collaborate with Shared Service Center’s (BSO) Procure to Pay (PTP) team

• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc and other regular reporting requirements of the Group Controlling Team

• Be involved in the Management Fees and other group intercompany recharging processes (actuals, planning & external audit procedures)


 YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting/reporting in a multinational organization or external audit (preferably within a Big Four audit firm)

• Knowledge of financial analysis, coupled with accounting expertise 

• Previous experience with SAP 

• Good understanding of SAP related functionalities (such as PaPM) and BPC – considered an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (MBA)

• Professional qualification in Accounting/Auditing (ACCA, ACA, IESOEL) completed, or close to completion would be considered an asset

• Financial accounting and IFRS

• Excellent command of the English language (verbal & written)
