Reporting to the Financial &amp; Insurance Services Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the Authorized Network’s F&amp;I activities, ensuring operational excellence and strong business performance.🧩 Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the Authorized Network in Finance &amp; Insurance business activities through regular communication, guidance, and Sales force training.</li><li>Manage and coordinate F&amp;I-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget for Finance &amp; Insurance services.</li><li>Monitor business performance by preparing standard and ad-hoc reports.</li><li>Analyze and evaluate KPIs, supporting the achievement of sales and performance targets.</li><li>Administer and oversee all systems and portals supporting F&amp;I business operations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal Business Units and external partners to develop new products and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Provide continuous market analysis and insights on Finance &amp; Insurance services within the automotive sector.</li></ul>🎓 What We Are Looking For<ul><li>University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree will be considered an asset).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Insurance Mediation Certification (Insurance Agent level) will be considered an asset.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.</li><li>Fluency in English is required.</li></ul>🌟 You Will Thrive in This Role If You Are<ul><li>Dynamic and positive, with a strong team-oriented mindset.</li><li>An excellent communicator, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to interpret data and KPIs.</li><li>Results-driven, able to prioritize and deliver against objectives.</li><li>Highly organized, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>👉 Does this sound like you?Apply now and become part of a team that drives innovation and performance in Finance &amp; Insurance services
